PURPOSE: A system and a method for offering communication breakdown are provided to protect children by managing a mobile communications service which is used by the children through monitoring the mobile communications service. CONSTITUTION: An exchanger(200) determines a call corresponding to a mobile communications service. The exchanger provides the communication breakdown of a first communications terminal(100). A communication breakdown management server(300) extracts communications related data from a database. The communication breakdown management server generates communication breakdown based on data corresponding to preset notification items. A second communications terminal(400) receives the communications breakdown.
