PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a metal nano particle using a metal seed is provided to synthesize the metal nano particle with high concentration in bulk with a short amount of time. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a metal nano particle comprises the following steps: producing a solution by adding a polymer surfactant into an alcohol-based solvent; heating the solution; forming a metal seed by adding a first metal salt selected from the group consisting of platinum, palladium and iridium into the heated solution; and adding a second metal salt to the solution including the metal seed. The polymer surfactant is added for 1~100 equivalents per 1 equivalent of the second metal salt. The first metal salt is added for 1~1/1000 equivalents per 1 equivalent of the second metal salt.
