<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing device which generates a toner cloud having a high toner density while restraining the rotational speed of a developing roller from increasing, even if a process speed becomes higher, to ensure sufficient development, and restrains the occurrence of image noise such as unevenness in toner density, and to provide an image-forming device. <P>SOLUTION: A magnetization part is provided in a control electrode member to which an electric field is applied so as to generate a toner cloud, and the ear of a magnetic brush is made to sharply stand up, by means of the effect of a magnetic field formed between the magnetization part and a magnetic pole on a developing roller side, to flick a toner away, and a toner cloud having a higher toner density is generated in cooperation with the effect of the electric field. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
