PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical film of excellent property which can be manufactured with high productivity.

SOLUTION: This optical film has a first optical anisotropic layer formed of a composition containing fluorine-based surfactant and a second optical anisotropic layer containing at least one sort chosen from a cycloolefin-based homopolymer and a copolymer, with the front and rear dynamic coefficients of friction of ≤1.0.
