<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save energy by reducing cooling load and heating load as small as possible. <P>SOLUTION: Temperature and humidity of the outside air are measured throughout the year, a range of corresponding outside air temperature and a range of outside air enthalpy are determined so that the energy necessary for conditioning the air by an air conditioner is relatively reduced, and correspondence relationship of temperature standard and enthalpy standard is memorized. With acceptance on this point, the temperature and humidity of the outside air are acquired (S100), and a set temperature is calculated by using the correspondence relationship of temperature standard (S110). On the other hand, the enthalpy of outside air is calculated from the acquired temperature and humidity of the outside air (S120), and a set temperature is calculated by using the correspondence relationship of enthalpy standard (S130).
