摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress energy consumption regardless of a transient state and a settled state while avoiding completely deteriorating characteristics of approximating a controlled variable to a set value. <P>SOLUTION: The controller includes: PID operating parts 22-1 and 22-2 for calculating manipulated variables MV1 and MV2 based on the deviation of controlled variables PV1 and PV2 of each control loop, and set values SP1 and SP2; manipulated variable difference calculating parts 31-1 and 31-2 for calculating a manipulated variable differenceδMV between the manipulated variables MV1 and MV2; and SP correction amount calculation parts 32-1 and 32-2 for calculating SP correction amountsΔSP1 andΔSP2 with respect to the set values SP1 and SP2 based on the manipulated variable differenceδMV.
