<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device of determining a charge state of an onboard lead storage battery that can generate an alarm signal when a battery slightly discharges due to forgetting of turning-off of a courtesy light during stoppage of an engine. <P>SOLUTION: This device of determining a charge state includes a battery voltage monitoring means 6 that always monitors a battery voltage of a lead storage battery 4, a determination target voltage lowering amount detecting means 7 that detects, as a determination target voltage lowering amount, an amount of lowering occurring on the battery voltage monitored by the voltage monitoring means during lapse of a preset determination time period under a condition that an engine 1 is stopped and a time period more than a preset time period has passed after the stopping, and a slight discharge determining means 8 that determines that the lead storage battery 4 slightly discharges when the determination target voltage lowering amount is equal to or more than a determination reference value by comparing them with each other. The device of determining a charge state further includes an alarm generating means 9 that generates an alarm signal for alarming that the lead storage battery slightly discharges immediately when it is determined that the lead storage battery slightly discharge. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
