<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a LAN system, in which a terminal device, which has not acquired a user account previously, is capable of acquiring the user account of authentication device to access the Internet. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the LAN system, the terminal device 102 transmits utilization application information, including authentication device identifier, to a utilization application device 103 when the terminal device 102 receives the authentication device identifier from the authentication device 101. The utilization application device 103 transmits user account issue request information to the authentication device 101 corresponding to the authentication device identifier when the utilization application device 103 receives the utilization application information. The authentication device 101 issues the user account and transmits the same to the utilization application device 103 when the authentication device 101 receives the user account issue request information. The utilization application device 103 which has received the user account transmits the user account to the terminal device 102.
