<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device unit for gas venting, a casting mold, and a casting method, which prevent molten metal solidified in a gas venting path from sticking and remaining on a fixed mold. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A device unit 50 for gas venting is provided with two ejector pins 53, 53. The base ends of the two ejector pins 53, 53 are housed in pin housing cases 54, and a spring 56 is set between flange parts 53A of the ejector pins 53, 53 and the closing lid 55 of the pin housing case 54. When clamping molds, the front ends of the two ejector pins 53, 53 are brought into contact with the fixed-mold facing surface of an upper core holder so as to be positioned agreeing with the front surface of the gas venting device unit 50. When opening molds, the two ejector pins 53, 53 push out the molten metal, which is solidified in a groove, from the groove with pressing force of the spring 56. Ž<P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT Ž
