<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner for electrostatic charge image development excellent in low-temperature fixability, blocking resistance and particle diameter uniformity. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The toner for electrostatic charge image development includes toner particles containing a polyester resin (A) and a coloring agent, wherein the toner particles are particles having a volume average particle diameter of 3-10 μm and are formed through a step of dispersing resin particles having at least a volume average particle diameter of ≤1 μm in water and a step of coagulating the resin particles, the polyester resin (A) has an acid value of 5-50 mgKOH/g, a hydroxyl value of 5-50 mgKOH/g and a titanium element content of 20-1,000 ppm, and a 1 wt.% solution of the polyester resin (A) in tetrahydrofuran has a turbidity of ≤5.
