<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration of a sealing property, when an electric wire swings. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The waterproof connector includes a rubber plug 70 with the inner circumferential surface of an electric wire insertion hole 71 attached closely to an outer circumferential surface of the electric wire 100. Since the outer circumferential surface of the rubber plug 70 is closely attached to an inner circumferential surface of a recessed part 21 of a housing 10, sealing in the housing 10 is removed; and since a rubber plug holder 80 abuts against the rubber plug 70 from behind, the rubber plug 70 can be retained on the recessed part 21. The rubber plug 70 includes a body part 72, arranged to cover a back surface of the recessed part 21, and a plurality of cylinder parts 73 which project backward from a rear surface of the body part 72, while sharing the respective electric wire insertion holes 71 with the body part 72, and are inserted in electric wire passing holes 82 of the rubber plug holder 80 from forward.
