PURPOSE: An organic electro luminescence device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to simplify a manufacturing process by simply forming an auxiliary electrode without a separate photolithography process. CONSTITUTION: A first substrate(101) comprises a pixel unit and a peripheral unit. A first electrode(133) is formed on the pixel unit of the first substrate. An organic light-emitting layer is formed on the first electrode. A second electrode(151) is formed on the organic light-emitting layer. A common voltage line(125) is formed on the peripheral unit of the first substrate. The common voltage line voltage applies voltage to the second electrode. An auxiliary electrode(155) is formed on the second electrode. The auxiliary electrode touches the second electrode. The auxiliary electrode is electrically connected with the common voltage line in the peripheral part of the first substrate.
