PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular interior member capable of exerting a noise absorbing performance without impairing a shock absorbing performance, restraining increase of costs with a simple structure without getting bulky, and improving the noise absorbing performance. SOLUTION: In this vehicular interior member erected with a shock absorbing rib structural body 21A comprising a plurality of ribs 22A on a single face of a body 11A of the vehicular interior member, a seat material 31A is laminated on the shock absorbing rib structural body 21A, a tip side of the rib 22A is inserted in a slit 312A formed on the seat material 31A, and the tip side of the rib 22A is projected outward of the seat material 31A from the slit 312A, so as to adjust the height from a base of the rib 22A to the seat material 31A.
