VERSATILE POLYAXIAL CONNECTOR ASSEMBLY AND METHOD FOR DYNAMIC STABILIZATION OF THE SPINE

Versatile offset connectors are provided for connecting components of a dynamic stabilization system. The connection system includes coaxial connectors and offset connectors which adjustably connect deflection system, vertical rods and bone anchors to create a spinal prosthesis which supports the spine while providing for the preservation of spinal motion. The versatile connection system allows for appropriate, efficient and convenient placement of the bone anchors relative to the spine.
