PURPOSE: An apparatus for opening a fruit and vegetable cultivator and separating fruits and vegetables therefrom is provided to simply separate fruit vegetables without reducing the productivity of the fruits and vegetables and to correctly open the fruit cultivator during a holding state. CONSTITUTION: An opening part(120) of a fruit and vegetable cultivator opens an assembly/disassembly part of the fruit and vegetable cultivator in which fruits and vegetables are stored. A fruit and vegetable separating part(130) separates the fruits and vegetables from the cultivator by opening a hole of the cultivator. A transfer part transfers the cultivator. A control part(150) controls the transfer part to make the cultivator pass through the separation part and controls the opening part to open the assembly/disassembly part.
