PURPOSE: A portable nail clipper is provided to prevent a safety accident of children and elderly by shielding a cutting blade when not using the nail clipper and to reduce the entire volume of the nail clipper by rotating a pushing member. CONSTITUTION: A portable nail clipper comprises the following: a cutting blade(100a) formed on each ends of the clipper; a pair of cutting members combined around a fixing shaft installed with an elastic member; pushing members(210,220) combined to the ends of each cutting members; a receiving groove(212) storing the cutting members; and a combining member(300) connected to the receiving groove. The combining member includes a fitting unit, a curving unit, and a hinge shaft(330) installed in between the curving unit. The cutting member includes an extended unit with an axis hole. |
