PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of disposable waterproof/oil-repellent paper moldings is provided to simplify processes while minimizing the amount of fluorine resin by mixing the fluorine resin consisting of aqueous emulsion particles in a manufacturing process of the paper moldings. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of disposable waterproof/oil-repellent paper moldings comprises the following steps: offering raw material liquid including 0.1~8 weight% of pulp density and 0.1~20 weight% of fluorine resin; molding products after adjusting concentration of the raw material liquid to 0.1~4 weight%; and drying the molding products in 80~400°C for 2~600 seconds. The ph of the fluorine resin liquid is 3~6.
