PLASTIC SUBSTRATE

摘要

PURPOSE: A plastic substrate is provided to obtain a clear image by reflecting external light using a reflective metal film of an internal attached reflection material type and to improve a yield by preventing air and moisture contained in the film using the metal film. CONSTITUTION: A plastic substrate comprises a plastic film(100), a metal film(110), and a resin layer(120). The metal film is arranged on the plastic film. The metal film has reflection characteristic. A conductive material is dispersed on the resin layer. The thickness of the metal layer is 10 to 1000nm. Electric conductivity is improved without the degradation of transmittance when including the metal film. The metal film functions as an electrode.
