<p>Disclosed is a process for producing dichlorobutene that can produce, with an apparatus formed of a general-purpose metal material, a reaction solution having a high dichlorobutene concentration which can realize the production of dichlorobutene at a high yield and can reduce energy required for solvent separation in a post-process. Also disclosed is a process for producing 3,4-dichloro-1-butene as a starting material for a chloroprene monomer with higher selectivity. The process for producing dichlorobutene comprises reacting 1,3-butadiene with chlorine in the presence of an anion exchange resin-containing catalyst with a small particle diameter of not more than 50 µm in terms of average particle diameter in a solvent at a reaction temperature of 20 to 70°C to produce 3,4-dichloro-1-butene and 1,4-dichloro-2-butene.</p> |
