CONSTITUTION: A lens module for an image pickup apparatus comprises a first driving lens barrel unit(110) which is arranged inside a rotating unit(300) in the direction of a first optical axis(OP1) opposite to a subject, and a second driving lens barrel unit(220) which is arranged behind the first driving lens barrel unit to refract incident light in the direction of a second optical axis(OP2) perpendicular to the first optical axis.
