PURPOSE: A skateboard with an attached handle part is provided, which enables a user to safely ride on a sloped road. CONSTITUTION: A skateboard with an attached handle part comprises: a body(100); a handle part(200) which is combined with the body and revolves at a fixed angle; and a wheel(300) combined with the body. The handle part is combined with a connection rod(210) and a handle(220). A brake lever(230) is connected to the handle. If a handle part is placed to be parallel with a body, a user is able to ride a skateboard. If a handle part is placed to be orthogonal to the body, the user is able to ride a quick board.
