PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing doughnut-type dried persimmons is provided to improve productivity by reducing drying time of the persimmons by simplifying a preparation process for manufacturing the dried persimmons. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing doughnut-type dried persimmons comprises the following steps: removing the core(12) of the harvested persimmons after trimming the persimmons; manufacturing the half-dried persimmons by drying the hollow persimmons; manufacturing and drying the persimmons; cutting one side of the persimmons; cutting the both sides of the persimmons; drying the persimmons; dividing the persimmons to 2 ~ 3 parts; and drying the divided persimmons.
