The present invention relates to a method for differentiating stem cells from ectodermal cells, and more particularly, to a method for differentiating stem cells from ectodermal cells that includes a step of culturing a spheroid formed by the aggregation of adult stem cells. The present invention differentiates stem cells from ectodermal cells by using an increase in the interaction between cells caused by the aggregation of stem cells, instead of using conventional biochemical differentiation inducing substances, thereby lowering the risk of contamination caused by foreign substances and differentiating adult stem cells from ectodermal cells in an simpler manner.
