PURPOSE: A construction method of a hollow girder, and a bridge bearing of the hollow girder is provided to improve structural safety and construction performance by reducing the amount of installed bridge bearings. CONSTITUTION: A construction method a bridge bearing of a hollow girder is as follows. Bridge bearings(300) are installed in the bottom space between hollow girders(100). One bridge bearing is installed between two hollow girders. Concrete(400) is placed in the gap between the hollow girders. Studs(340) are protruded from the top of the bridge bearings, and buried in the concrete.
