PURPOSE: A copolymer used in manufacturing a tire and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve affinity of carbon black and silica and ensure rotation resistance reduction and wear resistance improvement. CONSTITUTION: An organic lithium compound is denoted by chemical formula 1, 2, or 3. The compound is used as a polymer polymerization initiator for strong polymer. A method for polymerizing the polymer is solution polymerization. The compound of chemical formula 2 is obtained by polymerizing 1,3-butadiene, or styrene and 1,3-butadiene. The compound of chemical formula 3 is obtained by adding a compound having alkoxy silane group to the compound of chemical formula 2.
