PURPOSE: A permeable porous ceramic material is provided to obtain ecosystem protection effect including environment hormone reduction and flood control by manufacturing a porous material with a mixture of soil and combustible natural materials. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a permeable porous ceramic material comprises the following steps: refining soil according to use; collecting a combustible natural material including sawdust, wood chips, rice hulls, grasses; molding after mixing the soil, the combustible natural material and water; and putting the mixture into a furnace and roasting.
