METHOD FOR PREPARING CRYSTAL FORM L OF ADEFOVIR DIPIVOXIL

Disclosed is a method for preparing a crystal form L of adefovir dipivoxil. The method creates crystals by adding an anti-solvent to isopropyl alcohol or an ethyl acetate solution of adefovir dipivoxil and stirring the resultant mixture. The desired crystal form L of adefovir dipivoxil with a uniform and proper size can be easily obtained in a much milder condition by the preparation method of the present invention than by previously known methods.
