PURPOSE: A video information forwarding method and a device thereof are provided to check a video message in real time by transmitting the video message to a portable terminal when a second broadcast reception device is unable to receive the video message. CONSTITUTION: A server receives a video message from a first broadcast reception device(S320). If a second broadcast device is unable to receive the video message, the server generates a notification corresponding to the video message(S330,S350). The server transmits the generated notification to a portable terminal(S360). If a video message transmission request is received from the portable terminal, the server transmit a scaled video message to the portable terminal(S370~S390).
