PURPOSE: A wig for medical treatment capable of being a used in MRI photography is provided to enable a user to be examined while wearing the wig in MRI photography and to improve feeling of wearing by forming an adhesive part using a stiffening layer or a silicon layer. CONSTITUTION: A wig for medical treatment capable of being a used in MRI photography comprises: a wig base of a net structure having a plurality of binding holes in which an artificial hair is united; and an adhesive part(130) which is included on the edge of the wig base and touched with the skin of a wearer. The adhesive part includes a stiffening layer(131) which is combined with the wig base and a silicon layer(132) which is combined with the stiffening layer. The location of the wig base is fixed due to the silicon layer adhering closely to the skin of the wearer.
