PURPOSE: The cooling plate of the heating apparatus improves the shape of the section of the End cap and guide groove. The cooling plate of the thin thickness is realized. CONSTITUTION: The barrier groove part(121a) is formed in the bottom of the guide groove(121) of the cooling plate(120) into direction. The guide groove is closed with the End cap(123). The wing portion(123a) is projected in both sides of the bottom of the End cap. The wing portion is settled in the barrier groove part. The End cap is pressed in the guide groove of the cooling plate. The wing portion of the End cap is thrown on in the barrier groove part.
