PURPOSE: A multi-functional metal rack for POP and display purposes is provided to enable the convenient manufacture of various structures. CONSTITUTION: A multi-functional metal rack for POP and display purposes comprises: a plurality of form forming parts which forms the form of a structure; a cut-out part(322) which is respectively formed in the boundary portion between a plurality of form forming parts and in which one part is cut and removed, and is formed; and a bent portion(330) remaining between the cut-out part. The cut-out part has a length and width providing predetermined intensity.
