The soft part (2) is joined by screwing to a rigid part (1) which can be a metal vehicle component. A bore (3) leading through both parts (1,2) is prepared in advance. The bore (3) is of a cylindrical shape and provided with an inner thread (5) at the metal part (1) and of a conical shape (7) at the soft element (2) located on top of the metal part (1). The diameter of the lower end of the cone (7) is smaller than the diameter of the screw (4) resulting in the creation of surplus material (6) between the bore (3) and the shaft of the bolt (4), when the bolt (4) is screwed in. An independent claim is given for an arrangement using a bore of the new design. |
