<p>The invention relates to inorganic chemistry and can be used for producing barrier structures with thermal insulation made from carbamide foam plastic for thermally insulating building structures in residential, agricultural and industrial construction as well as for thermally insulating car bodies, boats, carriages and refrigeration units. The technical result consists in increasing the final product yield while maintaining the functional characteristics of barrier structures, and also in reducing the production costs of barrier structures and improving the quality thereof. The technical result is achieved in that the initial barrier structure, consisting of a frame and inside and outside covers, is filled with flakes of solid carbamide foam plastic, the size of which ranges from 1 to 15 mm, in that filling is carried out by blowing the flakes into the barrier structure and in that the flakes are produced by crushing damp or dry solid carbamide foam plastic. Moreover, the wall of a building can take the place of the inside cover, and excess air is removed from the structure during the blowing process.</p> |
