METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR ANTENNA CORRECTION

A method and apparatus for antenna correction are provided, and they are used for correcting n antennas, where n is bigger than or equal to 2. The method includes the following steps: the ith antenna is selected from the n antennas as a reference antenna, and the correction coefficient of the reference antenna is determined to be a preset value; the same correction signal is sent mutually between the ith antenna and each of the other antennas, and each of the other antenna's correction coefficient is determined by the received correction signal value; the antenna signal is corrected by the correction coefficients. The correction network is not needed in the present invention, simply speaking, there is no need to setup connections between each of the antennas, i.e. the uniform correction port for sending and receiving correction signal is not needed, thus the problems of high cost and hard implementation caused by the correction network in the prior solutions can be avoided.
