<p>Method, apparatus and computer programs for processing communications between a database server and a database client. The database server stores (210) a plurality of credentials usable for authenticating the same client. The server further stores (230) a processing priority in relationship with each of said credentials, wherein the processing priorities related to a first and a second credentials of said client among said plurality differ, and wherein a processing priority comprises information usable for determining the assignation of processing resources in the database server to serve a request received from a database client within a communication session. The database server assigns (237, 238) the related priority (Pl, P2) for serving a request received from the database client within a communication session according to the credentials (Cl, C2) used for authenticating said database client when establishing (235, 237) said communication session.</p> |
