PURPOSE: A system for preventing a false or unfair claim of hospital insurance salary costs and a method for providing the same are provided to supply insurance salary only when an authentication number effectively exists, thereby preventing false or unfair claim of the insurance salary. CONSTITUTION: A health insurance card issuing machine(172) issues a health insurance card(100) through insurance subscriber information. An encrypted card number is saved in the health insurance card. A receiving terminal(110) reads the card number of the health insurance card. The receiving terminal transmits medical treatment to a health insurance agency server(150). An authentication server(140) transmits an authentication number to the receiving terminal. The health insurance agency server authenticates payment of insurance allowance. |
