PURPOSE: A U-shaped channel bridge form system and a manufacturing method of a Y-shaped channel bridge using the same are provided to remarkably improve productivity by installing and assembling a bridge in a construction site. CONSTITUTION: A U-shaped channel bridge form system(100) comprises a fixed form, a bottom form(130), side forms, a movable form, and an inside form. The fixed form is installed to support one side of segments. The bottom form supports the bottom surfaces of the segments. The side forms support both side surfaces of the segments, respectively. The movable form supports the other side surfaces of the segments. The inside form forms a top inner surface of the segments.
