A filtration membrane and a plurality of kinds of channel groove pattern (38, 39) are provided on a filtration plate (36), and a plurality of nozzles (41, 42) for collecting and taking out permeated liquid in the channel groove patterns (38, 39) are provided at the circumferential edge of the filtration plate (36), wherein the channel groove patterns (38, 39) have a plurality of inclining linear parallel through-channel grooves (38a, 39a), and a plurality of communication grooves (38b, 39b) interconnecting the through-channel grooves (38a, 39a), the through-channel grooves (38a, 39a) are arranged from one end toward the other end to gradually approach the closest nozzles (41, 42) for taking out permeated liquid, and the permeated liquid flows to the nozzles (41, 42) for taking out permeated liquid via the through-channel grooves (38a, 39a).
