PURPOSE: A mobile electronic device and a method of operating the same are provided to display an operation state of a touch pad arranged on the rear side on a display. CONSTITUTION: A display(151) is arranged in one side of a main body. An electronic paper is arranged in one side of the main body. A touch pad is overlapped with the electronic paper. A controller(180) receives touch information for the touch pad from the touch pad.
