The pull-out guide (1) has guiding device (2) fixedly fastened to a body of a furniture pull-out part. A rail part (30) pivots in a longitudinal direction relative to the guiding device and is connected with the pull-out part. The guiding device includes a guiding element (4) fixed adjacent to a front side of the body, and another guiding element (5) restorably fixed at the body opposite to the front side. The rail part has running rails (3) directly connected with the pull-out part and correspond approximately to a length of the pull-out part. The rail part has slits made of plastic.
