The tubular film extrusion device comprises a blown head (20), an external cooling ring (10) having a ring shaped bearing surface (11) at its bottom, and a centering unit placed opposite to the blown head and formed by three radially arranged linear guidances. The cooling ring is superimposable on its upper side and centerable over a centering unit. The linear guidance has radially extending recess and guiding elements (22.1, 22.2, 22.3, 22.4) intervening in it. The linear guidances are formed by grooves (12.1, 12.2, 12.3, 12.4) and by the intervening guiding elements. The guiding elements are formed on thermally decoupled mounting by spikes with circular cross-section and by radially arranged key elements. The key elements and the grooves are inclined at its radially arranged side edges. Four grooves are intended, of which each of two grooves lies on a common diameter line. A V-shaped rib is formed in a cross section diagonally for radial extending of the grooves on the groove base and the guiding elements are profiled with a wedge-shaped groove at its outside pointing to the groove base. In the cross-section, the enclosing angle seen through a linear guidance in the convex part is smaller than in the concave part. |
