PURPOSE: In the OFDM(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) system, by using the space correlation information between the frequency correlation information between subcarrier and the multiple antenna the channel information feed backing apparatus and the method thereof for being created the multiple antenna beam are created the feedback information. CONSTITUTION: A transmitter(100) comprises the beam weighted value application part(102), the IDFT(Inverse Discrete Fourier Transform) part(104), the guard interval inserter(106), a plurality of transmission antennae and beam weighted value generator. A receiver comprises a plurality of RX-antennas, the guard interval canceller, the DFT part, the received signal processor and feedback information generator(120). The feedback information generator is created the feedback information for the beam forming of the transmission signal. The feedback information generator transmits the feedback information which becomes as described above with above beam weighted value generator of transmitter.
