PURPOSE: A cooling chip is provided to generate a cooling current for cooling heat of an electronic device by using the chemical energy and Seeback effect. CONSTITUTION: A solid endoergic reaction reagent is inserted inside a conductor box. The water, distilled water or purified water is inserted inside the conductor box in order to change the solid endoergic reaction reagent to a liquid endoergic reaction reagent. A catalyst reagent is inserted inside the conductor box in order to change the liquid endoergic reaction reagent to the solid endoergic reaction reagent. The cooling current is generated by applying voltage and current of the electronic device to the endoergic reaction reagent and catalyst reagent inside the conductor box.
