ANTI-DEATH RECEPTOR 4 MONOCLONAL ANTIBODY, AND COMPOSITION FOR PREVENTING OR TREATING CANCER COMPRISING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A composition containing anti-DR4 monoclonal antibody for preventing or treating cancer is provided to induce apoptosis of DR4 expression cancer cell line. CONSTITUTION: An anti-DR4 monoclonal antibody inducing cancer cell apoptosis by specifically binding to DR4(death receptor 4) contains variable region of heavy chain and variable region of light chain. The variable region of heavy chain contains a complementarity-determining regions CDR1, CDR2, and CDR3 of amino acid sequences 5, 6, and 7, respectively. The variable region of light chain contains a complementarity-determining regions, CDR1, CDR2, and CDR3 of amino acid sequences 8, 9, and 10, respectively. A composition for preventing or treating cancer contains DR4 monoclonal antibody.
