PURPOSE: A cowl box structure is provided to reduce damage to pedestrians by guiding the smooth deformation of a cowl top outer panel in collision with a pedestrian. CONSTITUTION: A cowl box structure comprises a cowl top outer panel(110), a cowl lower panel(120), a wiper mounting bracket(130), a support member(140) and a fixing member(150). The cowl top outer panel is located on the lower part of a wind shield glass. The cowl lower panel is combined in the bottom surface of the cowl top outer panel. The both ends of the wiper mounting bracket are attached to the front portion of the cowl lower panel. One end of the support member is attached to the bottom surface of the cowl top outer panel. The other end of the support member is supported in the one side of the wiper mounting bracket. The other end of the support member is united with the wiper mounting bracket.
