PURPOSE: A furnace of a boiler for a power station is provided to increase the temperature of water heated in water pipes by forming a combustion space similar to the shape of a flame. CONSTITUTION: A furnace of a boiler for a power station comprises an external water pipe wall(10) assembled out of water pipes connected along a furnace wall(2), wherein an insulating material(4) is interposed between the external water pipe wall and the furnace wall. An inner water pipe wall(20) assembled out of water pipes is installed inside the external water pipe wall. The diameter of the external water pipe wall is kept uniform or increases from the bottom to the middle portion and decreases and then increases again from the middle portion to the top portion. |
