Provided is objective information for supporting diagnostic interpretation of a medical image. A control part (31) of a medical image display device (30) acquires a medical image of a diagnostic target and a plurality of medical images of normal cases (medical images of comparison targets) from a medical image management server through a communication part (34) in cooperation with a chest image viewer program (351). Then, the control part (31) extracts lung regions respectively from the medical image of the diagnostic target and the medical images of the normal cases. The control part (31) calculates feature values relating to the lung regions respectively from the extracted lung regions. The control part (31) displays on a display part (33) the information distribution of the calculated feature values of the medical images of the normal cases and the position of the calculated feature value of the medical image of the diagnostic target in the information distribution.
