PURPOSE: Health food for preventing hair loss and promoting hair growth is provided to help hair loss preventing and hair growth promoting, and to offer nutrient and tonic, digestive functions enhancing and immunity strengthening effects. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of health food for preventing hair loss and promoting hair growth includes the following steps: drying black sesame, black soybean, and black rice with clean water; pulverizing the dried black sesame; powdering the dried black soybean and black rice after steaming the black soybean and black rice with vapor; uniformly mixing various powder; kneading a powder mixture with honey; manufacturing the powder into a pill; and adding powder 100 parts by weight consisting of the black sesame 50~100 parts by weight, the black soybean 50~100 parts by weight, and the black rice 50~100 parts by weight with honey 5~300 parts by weight.
