FERRITE-COATED BODY AND PROCESS FOR PRODUCTION THEREOF

A process for the production of a coated body comprising a substrate (3) and a ferrite film deposited on the substrate (3).  The process comprises supporting a substrate (3) in such a way that a space of 100µm or above is left on the back side of the substrate (3), feeding both a reacting fluid containing at least iron (I) ions and an oxidizing fluid containing at least an oxidizing agent to the face side of the substrate (3) through a reacting fluid nozzle (1) and an oxidizing fluid nozzle (2) respectively, and applying an acceleration of 2 to 150 m/s2 due to a non-gravitational force to the reacting fluid and the oxidizing fluid.
