Provided is a mobile display terminal which can display information desired by a user on a nonvolatile display unit when a built-in battery voltage is lowered below a predetermined threshold value. Provided is also a recording medium containing a program. The mobile display terminal includes: a nonvolatile display unit which operates using a battery as an operation power source and can maintain a display state even when power supply from the battery is cut off; a control unit which drives the nonvolatile display unit and displays information on the nonvolatile display unit; a storage unit which stores information to be displayed on the nonvolatile display unit; and an information specification unit which specifies at least one information item among information items stored in the storage unit. When the battery voltage is lowered below the predetermined threshold value, the control unit rewrites the information to be displayed on the nonvolatile display unit into information specified by the information specification unit.
